basically the goal of this category is to complete a level as fast as you can, there will be an any% category for it and an 100% category where you must collect every item in the level (this counts treasures, scrolls, complete puzzles etc). Timer starts when you enter the level from the intended entrance and leave through an exit that has been decided by the mods of this category, for shipwreck beach, the timer starts just like in any% but ends as soon as you enter twigroot forest. If there are multiple levels in one level that MUST be completed to leave the area(for example how shipwreck beach has those tunnels with the horn), they will count as part of the level. Now, talking about twigroot forest, the timer starts when you enter, and ends when you enter the forgotten river level. Twigroot tunnels are not part of this level as they are not needed to complete the level. Sorry if that was hard to understand, i explained it horrribly.
ok and a level is anywhere that gets a "new map" right? For example that tunnel that gives you the horn in shipwreck beach, that counts as a level right?
just a few questions if you dont mind, what does the game consider a treasure? Any treasure chests or only ones that are dug up? Does the game consider mimics as treasures? Also does maxing out skills count towards 100%? Finally i would like to say, even tho this would be a longer category, i know for sure that there are people who love seeing 100% categories in games so thats kinda why i wanted to add it.
honestly, the best you could do is just download hades on pc, connect your pro controller to steam then download the maxed file
i noticed that the original game had an 100% category so i thought adding that here would be cool, basically find all secrets and collect all treasure chests, all puzzles must also be solved. The ending must be the true ending.
lol no, so my idea is more of an IL thing where the time starts when you land in hyrule, whatever happens in the great plateau does not count as time. The strat is to over prepare on the plateau then land of hyrule and get 4 shrines. Optimal route imo is ja baij, ree dahee ha dahamar and then warp to keh namut to get the digdogg suspension bridge shrine (minor test of strength)

Wait are you gonna run fried link% or bludo punch%?
So i had an idea which could make this category even more original (tell me what you think @ZoraFails). SO basically its bludo punch%. Head to goron city, get punched by bludo and roll into the lava (this can happen). Timer ends when link DIES in lava, drowning in lava (taking 1 heart of damage) does not count, it must say game over when he falls in lava from the bludo punch. If you die anywhere else, the run doesnt count. remember bludo does this after you hit him enough. Optimal idea would be use fireproof elixir, when you get to goron city cancel the effect with a speed boost potion for example, that way you will slowly take fire damage placing you at 1hp, then when bludo punches you in lava you will die.
First of all this is a VERY long description (sorry in advance). This may seem like a copy of all shrines category but this is very different. First of all this category gets sorted by the amount of shrines (ex 4 shrines 16 shrines etc) the numbers will be 4 shrines, 8, 16 and 20. The goal, get that many shrines and complete them, the timer starts after you have landed off the great plateau (you can land anywhere in hyrule). There will be two more filters under each original shrine amount filter, no major glitches (windbombs and shield skews are allowed) then no glitches meaning you can not do anything that counts as a glitch (ex anything that goes against botw physics like skews and windbomb) this second version is basically promoting beating shrine the way intended. In a glitchless 4 shrine run for example the player would jump off the great plateau near the closest shrine, as soon as they touch the ground timer starts, they will travel across hyrule and beat shrines with no glitches. In a no major glitches 4 shrine run you can skip shrines with windbombs and shield skews (if a combat shrine is chosen). This has to be on a new account and done right after great plateau is finished. Final thing i would like to say is whistle sprinting is allowed.
