I new to the comunite and I would like to know, if I stop the run and the timer, can I continue in another time. It would still be valid?

Inspired by SmallAnt, I was thinking about a categorie where you need to complete the pokedex to finish. I think it would be really fun and it would require a LOT of strategy. What do you guys think?
