Just wanted to make a forum post cause it isn’t super widespread knowledge and not everyone checks the IL guide (you should). But the 5.49 on piston is NOT possible on snes9x. It is still allowed to be used but if you throw the delayed left body blow on the correct frame using the snes9x core than piston will block it. Making the best time on snes9x 5.50. So use anything but that if you are planning on getting piston wr.
SNES classic would probably have some sort of input lag depending on what TV you have. However, it is probably going to play better than PC emulator.

But to awnser your question, pal and ntsc run at different speeds and have different frame intervals. So that screws up buffer timing so most dizzy buffers on ntsc dont work on pal. Also pal starts on .02 while ntsc starts on .01.
