Where can I find this autosplitter?

Is something I can do to get livesplit to not miss splits? It seems to be random as to what splits it misses

How do you open this thing?

Is anyone having a problem with livesplit after that most recent patch. I deleted livesplit and downloaded it again, (and adjusted the settings) but it still won't work.
