So it turns out some of you may want to use your phones to access the internet during your stay in Sweden. This is super easy! The best alternative I found (I could be wrong here, but it seems solid) is to use the swedish operator "Comviq". They have the following for data:

0.5 GB 30sek

1 GB 50sek

3 GB 100sek

10 GB 200sek

All of the above are valid 30 days from the day of purchase. You can get sim-cards and fill up data at most grocery stores or kiosks.

I'll travel from Stockholm to Skövde on friday the 26th (time not set yet). If anyone want company let me know.

Stockholm Central is really close to the city core so if you have a few hours to kill there's always something to do. Other than the food court at the station of course.

The prices Noobest mentioned is fairly precise. Last year the price was 244 SEK going Stockholm -> Skövde when booking a month in advance. Since the prices are fairly low I doubt there will be any huge savings booking the tickets last minute. Taking the train early in the morning or late in the evening also brings down the price a lot.

Already made plans to submit a CoI gen race with john (and maybe tene) so this is perfect. Will be bringing my NTSC genesis and cartridge with me Oh and I'm willing to learn WoI and quackshot!

@tiernajac I assume you mean traveling to stockholm by cruise ship. You should end up at Slussen in Stockholm. The subway is either really close or one bus stop away (depending on which boat you travel with). From the subway it's just following signs. You can also travel by plane, it's a bit easier but not by a lot.

as for what I'd choose, the boat! Stock up on tax reduces fares while saving some money on traveling. A win win!

Most people should probably arrive in sweden via Gothenburg but should you choose the Stockholm route I might be able to help you out with travel info. That's where I'll be traveling from.
