I agree with everything kazii said. The age doesn't matter you could theoretically even speedrun If you're 6 or less. Also It depends on the category you plan to run. I'm thinking you're talking about the All Sports Category. Anyway I'm not someone that actively speedruns the game, so I'd also highly recommend to join the wii series discord server. Almost all the top runners are on it and will be able to help you. I hope you'll be having fun !
Do we already have Highest and Lowest score in OGWS CE? Because that's a good category request. I really like this idea.
I definitely agree with Plyd on that. Opponents wouldn't really be great tbh that's just btc with no to just little skill level
Hey ! You should join the discord and look to the #Ressources.
But I don't really have any tips, learn the route, practice and when you learned the route and practiced the levels you can start to do some runs. But I'd advice to not go for 556 in 5-T and Bombless in 8-A those are complicated tricks that you should learn at least when you get a sub 25:30.

I agree 100% with Baconater, and Bunker% Seems like a fun category.
I'd like to speedrun SMBW when I'll have time to train and to at least get a sub 30 or something like that, but for now I enjoy speedrunning in games like Wii Play, SMG1, WSR and Wii Sports. I really like this website btw. Hope you are all doing well ! :)
Hi everyone ! I'm LuXiAa a French guy that started speedruns 1 month ago and started to submit some runs like 10 days ago.
I do SMG1, Wii Play, Wii Sports and Wii Sports Resort Speedruns I already have a submitted run in SMG1 and Wii Play on the Bronze Medals Category.
On the Wii Play Run I have a video proof on my YouTube Channel, I'm sorry but I didn't have a capture card that's why the quality is bad I'm sorry for that. I wanted to know if a capture card is required to the verification of the run or If a run recording with my phone is enough. If you want to check this out -->
