Just out of curiosity im gonna ask: is pausing the timer and suspending a run for like an hour to eat and stuff (without stopping the recording) allowed?

I was gonna try speedrunning the game but i have 3 questions regarding it:

1. Are segmented runs allowed?
2. Do you use real time (like including loading screens) or game time or what?
3. Is redoing fights by quitting without saving for better RNG allowed?
