I want to record a bedrock run, but I probably won't get sub 1 hour. How do I record over an hour on the Xbox One S?

Can I submit a speedrun that has split screen and doesn't have audio other than from the game? I want to try out a speedrun on the xbox with a friend who doesn't have his own, and I don't think I can record audio outside of the game.
