I got a muscle disease in right arm. I would love to start speedrun this game (Any%) but whatever i do, this controls like the right control stick to move around the camera angle into a comfortable position in combination with the sprint button (y,b,a,zr) and tapping on the screen to avoid some enemys and do things faster is nearly impossible for my right hand ;'(

i tried a few things such as moving around with the left ring finger to tap things with my left point finger or thumb and since you cant change the controls in this game theres no way to run seriously(for me).

What technic do you use?
