Forgive me if this has already been posted about (Delete if that is the case), but is there any idea of what it takes to make the Rocket Launcher drop on the Mr. X fight?

Does anyone know of a way to consistently kill him? Seems to be the biggest run killer for me besides G3

Can you kill him without a flash on 120 fps?
