DenmarkI think Leo's Fortune speedrun will loose its charm if we changing the rule to be using pictures. A part of the speedrun community is to view other players play a full-game run. If we change to pictures, speedrun.com will be redundant since there' s already an in game high-score and it will loose its credibility if we just add randoms seconds. Take my video in hardcore run for an example. Why do I get added 1.15 min in time and you only get added 1.05?
Who is "some of us"? This sound kind of weak. If you cant afford a cellphone, Ps4, Pc or whatever you cant play. Thats part of the game. As go the same thing to internet, but you already have a full-game run on your YouTube channel so this shouldn't be an issue for you.
As I tried to explain to you in the first post IL is something different and we all agreed on it some years ago.
Wow. The whole concept of full time runs is going to be a total joke if you accept the in game timer. Then I got a slower time for 2 Years. 1.15 minutes slower actually.
We accepted the in game timer for IL cause its a different thing.
As i have asked before you could make catergorys for normal run and Hardcore runs, but no matter what, I think their need to be a video for full game runs.
I would love to own an official plush toy from Leo's Fortune both in the original colour and the red colour (hardcore mode)
I wrote to Iam8bit (https://store.iam8bit.com/) which making official merchandise for brands (Monument Valley among other) but they said that there products depend on customer demands, contracts and license.
I wrote to Leo's Fortune as well and ask what they think about the idea of getting in touch with Iam8bit but they havent answers yet.
Leo's Fortune has 6.500 like on Facebook so I think there would be a market for it.
What do you think about they idea? Do you like it? And do you have any suggestions about other companys there might find it interesting to make a Leo's Fortune plush merchandise?
Okay nice to know. But there might actually be a downside. If you dont do it perfectly you are trapped and can do nothing.
I also think some things are easier on PC/PS4 cause your can see a lot more off the screen so sometimes it is an advange and I notisfied that in level 8 you can jump out the picture.

Well. For me all things would be ok. I actually think my time in level 16 has a pause skip in the end.
As long anybody agree i would agree to that as well.
Do you know about the big glitch skip in Leo's Storm, level 18? I was thinking about doing it in a Hardcore mode just to get the internal timer as fast as possible, but it would be understandable to not use it in a speedrun, but as long theres no rule for it I would might use it.
But actually I think its only possible on Android.

I totally desagree. I think it would be most fair cause you can not take so many chances as you can in normal route and i think its 2 really different things.
If you look at a game like Limbo they have 4 different routes and actually here in Leo's Fortune this is a part of the game and we can collect the leaderboards of different platforms and see how many whos done in hardcore so i think it would be pretty fair to have 2 leaderboards here. Thats just mine opinion.
But okay we are not that many yet so we can see what other people say as well
I did see in the other post that you would accept screenshots of a leaderboard. Hypothetically my time would be better if I just sended a screenshot of my best time instead of posting a video.
Therefore I would suggest that we make a Leaderboard of Hardcore Mode as well. Its actually a lot harder cause you must not die in the game. More than once i died in the last level, but that makes the experience even better if you succed.
I think the internal timer makes your time faster cause it wont count the waiting time changing the levels.
Btw. Im new to this site. What does IL means?
