Following up on my post 1 month ago about Shin Akuma, and because of your recent run using the character I had said before was going to ruin the running scene for this game, peck324, I must ask, why is a character that is built to be so obviously and blatantly overpowered and unbalanced (so much so that he cannot even be used online), and not requiring much skill at all to use because of this character's speed and power, allowed to be used in any run that allows every other character?

This doesn't promote interesting and creative gameplay from runners by allowing them any character choice, this just limits runners to only learning to run using one character because of how unbalanced Shin Akuma is. To promote a more fun running environment, it would make the most sense to ban this character from use in all runs, and so this character isn't completely banned game-wide, it would be best to give Shin Akuma runners a category to perform runs in with this character.

Shin Akuma was just revealed as a hidden character, but is basically an overpowered version of Akuma that every other character is weak in comparison to. He can't be used online for a reason, after all. I think this character should be banned in the rules for all runs because of this. Using Shin Akuma basically eliminates the use of any other character because of his immense speed and strength. I think that having runs specifically for him could work, though.

It seems like this game is light on categories. I have a few ideas for some to open more opportunities up for people:

Arcade (World Warrior) This category is meant specifically for World Warrior. The current Arcade runs are all Normal, and there is absolutely no reason to run it on a higher difficulty if it's part of a category that offers an easier option, so I suggest a harder category should be added so people will run it. The old Arcade category should be changed to Arcade (Normal) and only be for Normal runs.

Buddy Battle (2 Players Vs. CPU) I'm not sure why there is only a category set up so that the two player mode can only be run with one player, so this needs to be added in order to use this mode how it was intended.

Ironman Challenge This is a category from Smash Bros. speedruns that really seems to be a fun idea for fighting games with many character options. This a challenge in which a player must win with every character once against random players online by doing a "Quick Search" in "Casual Match". You must switch your opponent every match and you cannot progress to the next character until you have won. Time starts when you select your first character and ends when the final blow is delivered with your last character.

I also want to request that character choices are shown in the Arcade categories just like how they are in the Buddy Battle category. Thanks!

A run was approved for All Star Hard mode that did not have video when it is specified in the rules that they must have that.

A newly added run with times longer than the fastest was added, but at the 1st place spot for some reason.
