I think getting the game from Wii U USB Helper is not banned.

Pretty sure it's because somebody who runs this on emu may use a modifcation to the game. I'm pretty sure Loadiine GX2 is banned too.

Can we get more rom hacks for the wii u version? like kaizo 3dw? or the same category as 3dw switch but for wii u? I'm talking about this for example: https://www.speedrun.com/sm3dwbf_romhacks
