Make sure you own HL1 on steam and that steam is running
Then what are you trying to ask? Loading a map through the console isn't allowed either except c1a0 but you are not allowed to get weapons there

@G0DR1C You linked him an outdated tutorial There is no raw input settings in WON, that's why in the WON packages there's external raw input that is injected into the game when you launch it For the future: Use the SourceRuns Discord server to look for help with the game, almost no one looks at these forums anymore so you're way more likely to recieve help over there.
As it says in the rules "Runs cannot be submitted with only demo proof if the game is paused mid-run. Runs that would end up in the top 10 have to be submitted with a live video and demo proof." So if your run isn't in the top 10 and you don't pause your game, you can submit just the demos
Goldsrc package started crashing randomly recently, you should switch to 2005 package instead

If you have a "bind mwheelup +duck" or "bind mwheeldown +duck" bind and you scroll up or down, depending on the direction you bound it to, you're gonna duckroll. You can ducktap by scrolling the wheel by just 1 step which will input a short +duck that looks like a tiny jump. Or you can just duckroll for a short ammount of time. The most important part is to lose some speed after 2-3 hops so you won't get stopped by the speed cap.
You can bhop on the steam version just like on WON but every few hops you have to ducktap to not go beyond the speed cap
