Thanks Plushy! I didn't understand all the differences between PS and PC but now it makes way more sense.
I just did a run for Plumaxia on PS and hooooly moly I've got some work to do....
Makes sense! Normal is normal.
I grew up with the 1.0 demo.... extrEMELY different
I see.
It makes total sense to me to have "Plumaxia (PS only)" and "Melcosia (PS only)" since both of them trigger cutscenes on the PS. And then a "Walsamer (PC only)". I never quite thought of it that way, that the triggered cutscene would be the end.
I'll have to redo my runs but I'm totally cool with that. I think it just wasn't clear enough for me the first time.
I hope I'm not being bothersome! The current Plumaxia and Melcosia any% records are 31:25 and 1:53:33 respectively.
However, the Walsamer WR by hewhoamareismyself clocks in Plumaxia at 23:42 and Melcosia at 43:04.
Which times would officially count?
Is there an unofficial rule for the level of difficulty the PC runs should be played at (on either plumaxia, melcosia, or walsamer)? There's "easy" "normal" and "difficult". That also differs from the PS1 version's "novice" and "expert" difficulties slightly.
Thanks! :)
