2nd and ok thats strange its the first time Ive had it happen so I was just curious

While I was doing a practice run of glitchless I killed a deku baba and it dropped a deku nut onto the web I rolled into it and then immidietly equipped said deku nuts and when I unpaused Link clipped through the web and was holding the ledge does anyone have any idea what caused this?
