Nice run, but try to have your timer on screen at all time so that I don't have to manually check load times next time please :)
After some calculations & stuff following the timer mishaps, retimed LRT (40:35 -> 40:31)
Use of unlockable archetype (bought gunslinger) without unlock conditions done (world 2 finished, all mudtooth dialogues seen), moved to NG no skip no limit
As to not be mixed with NG runs using skips, created a new NG category with all unlocks and survival pack allowed, run will be moved there
Not fond of survivor pack being active for NG runs as runs shouldn't be pay2fast. But will tolerate it since rules didn't specify it, wouldn't work for solo NG no skip.

Second retime (didn't realise at first mb) +22 seconds added from load removal pausing the timer while the run in still on during the coven skip. (17:22.080 -> 17:44.080)
Big retime (21:46.030 -> 22:07.500)
Timer got paused by load removal from Casper menuing back and TPing in for the skip at the start, but fellow players were still running, added about 21.7 seconds to the run. 0.2 sec diff at the end of the run counted too (timed slightly late)
retimed (1:51:15 -> 1:51:21)
