This happens to me all the time practicing NG+.
My game has a glitch where after I beat Clayface if I skip the Joker's death cutscene it says mission failed, even though I defeated Clayface. Please tell me that doesn't make my run invalid.
Yeah, I'm trash at NG+ because it's hard mode, but I like having gadgets and upgrades from the start while running it without glitches.
That's just what I had in mind when suggesting this category.
Do I need to have a run for it to be added? I have one recorded but it will take a while to upload.
Just NG- but without the Any% skips. My run hasn’t uploaded yet, but I did speedrun it several times and think it could be a good category. I understand if we don’t add it, seeing as the leaderboards already has tons of categories, but I think it could be a good category.
I can use a livesplit overlay on my speedrun through OBS. I don't believe the autosplitter supports console. Do I need to have an autosplitter in my console run?
Alright, my say probably doesn’t make a difference here but I’ll just say my opinion. Nothing is stopping you from just playing on a PC with a Bluetooth/wired controller. They don’t need to add an extra category just for that. You can just be on controller the entire time if you want.
If I do a speedrun on my Xbox Series X using backwards compatibility with an Xbox360 disk, do I submit the run as played on Xbox360 or Xbox One?
Is the variation of Tiny skip where you glide off the wall and skip the tiny mini-fight banned in Glitchless? I checked the rules and they didn't mention anything about the Tiny Skip, but better safe than sorry.
Thank you, I thought an autosplitter was a completly seperate program. Just curious, are there still points where the autosplitter forgets to split? I thought I remembered you saying something like that a while ago.
I agree with Alex_0111. I would defintely run this category if it existed.
Sorry for being a noob who asks too many questions, but I honestly have no idea what an autosplitter is or where I can download it. My best guess is that it is a program that automatically splits your speedrun timer for you? If so, that sounds pretty helpful so I would like to know where I can download it.
FOK, you are a lifesaver. I cannot express how thankful I am for you sending that tutorial. Have a fantastic day/night.
Hmm. I'll do some research on it, not familiar with the Any% skips. Thanks for the help.
Considering doing a NG- run and was just curious as to how exactly I could create my own NG- save.
