I think I found a skip for the Scorched Sands jump in Minimal Jumps but I don't think it's allowed. If you jump on the edge of the cactus head at 8810 53 4225, it cancels your jump and gives you decent forward momentum, which is a Minecraft bug. emeryllium said they thought it was okay since it doesn't boost you upwards, but I disagree since it increments the jumps counter in the Statistics tab. Does anyone else know if this is allowed?

(Also first time using speedrun.com forum so hopefully I didn't mess up) (Edit 2: This is really easy to perform, but it's a fairly tight window to get enough momentum to get onto the next layer of sand - I only get it about 1 in 50 to 100 tries)
