I get the point that it's just standard mode when you disallow practice tools and I think so too. Practice Tools definitely makes the Practice Mode more interesting and I think we should either allow it or split it. But I also don't think we really need to split it because if you don't want practice tools you can just run one of the other modes like CPU Matches, Random Matches etc. and it's as of my known pretty much the same. So I think we can just allow practice tools and if someone don't want to run with practice tools then they can run one of the other modes.
