Hey, everyone, it's Eli here.

Firstly, I want to thank everyone who has been playing and submitting runs for DD:ADDS. Whether your run was approved or rejected, thank you for bringing attention to the game on speedrun.com.

However, we're in a pickle right now.

For the past year, my speedrunning time has been cut very short. This is due to have a new job during COVID while trying to maintain my own content as well (which frankly, the job still overpowers that even). This has dramatically slowed my ability to look at runs and verify them. For that, I apologize.

I would greatly appreciate it if people wanted to become moderators for the game so that this slowdown can stop. Preferably people who have submitted and got a run verified, but it's fine if you haven't.

Hey everyone, with the Dadrector's Cut coming out soon, there will be a couple minor changes!

-There will be an option to run the original or Dadrector's Cut -PS4 will be a new console allowed

Like the PC, Mac, and Linux versions, the run will start when you select "New Game" and end when the credits start to roll. The timer must be shown at all times.

There will also be a new category, the "All Dads" run. This is for those who feel that just one dad isn't enough of a challenge. The run is simply to date all of the dads (all three of each of their dates). Think of it like the 3D Mario game marathons, but with a dating sim instead!

I will be looking for more people to be mods as well. While this game doesn't have a huge community just yet, I want at least someone else to help.

Dadrector's Cut changes and the All Dads Category will be available October 30th!

Thank you for bringing this up. Some basic rules have been added. Sorry for the confusion. I'm also in the process of contacting chikylee to see if she has a video file with the credits so I can re-time her run. If she doesn't, I will take the run down until she tries again.

Well shoot. Classic has inner and outer options (outer showing the border). I have outer selected so that's pretty much it :/

Monitor capture looks a bit funky but maybe I'll try it in the future. Until then, the hunt for the GBP continues!

So I'm thinking of getting into Pokemon speedrunning, particularly starting with the Gen 3 games. Unfortunately, I don't have a Game Boy Player right now, so I'm going the emulator route until I can get one. However, OBS Studio doesn't capture window borders. So, I went back to OBS Classic (which I'm not a fan of tbh)....and this happened.
