https://www.speedrun.com/gdhw2020#Any Same for this, except it was added LESS THAN A MONTH AGO. I just played it for the first time and completed it in around 9 minutes. Try it yourself if you want.

Added in July this year. It is literally god damn Minesweeper.... can't possibly take more than a few minutes to complete, and in a game like minesweeper there's not really such a thing as playing it 'casually'... you're either playing it or you ain't.

It's against speedrun.com ToS to give links to pirated content, however there are sites for it. And it's a pretty cheap game anyway ($7 on PC).

There should be an 'always on top' option in Livesplit settings.

In addition to those above, you should get the following flower-winged sprites in an any% run:

On quarry 1, as soon as you enter the woods get a flower-winged sprite, immediately use it. Get the flower-winged sprite in the meadow, immediately use that. As already mentioned in previous post, get the flower-winged sprite by the river and use that when you enter the quarry map.

On twin aid (the part of red cap with simon) get the flower-winged sprite before entering the grounds map. Use it after picking up the soda bottle in the kitchen on splattergun.

On quarry 2, get the same sprites as quarry 1 however the 3rd sprite you get should be used after exiting the quarry map on Griffin.

On Return to the Mansion in the area with the oak tree, get the flower-winged sprite and use it when in the main tunnels.

Haven't timed this but it'll save up to a minute. You should also note that for ALL sprites their power goes away as soon as the map changes, for example activating a flower-winged sprite by the river on the way to the quarry is useless as the speed boost disappears after entering the quarry map.

Firstly, after getting the very first leatherwing (health) sprite by the front gate, run straight to the garage and get a wisp (diversion) sprite. You keep this until opening the tunnels. This is because immediately after getting the first leatherwing sprite it is the only time in the game there will not be goblin spawns near it.

On quarry 1, when you first go near the troll river there is a flower-winged (dash) sprite. It moves by circling around the river. If it is near you, or circling towards you, catch it. Otherwise don't. After getting the fuse, run to the grass like normal and then use the dash ability. Saves about 10 seconds but if you just miss it at the river it's not worth it.

On red cap as you're going through the field with Simon there's a bellflower (damage) sprite. Get this, and use it in the actual red cap fight. Once you disarm red cap, he will then die in 4 hits.

On quarry 2, if you are good at fighting only get one leatherwing sprite (the one by where we get the fuse in quarry 1) and the bellflower sprite near it. Then only use the flower-winged sprite on the actual red cap fight and again, he will die in just a few hits.

These save around 40 seconds per run. I'll also add that throughout the entire run I only get the mandatory leatherwing sprite at the start and one before quarry 2 however it is only a 3 second timeloss per sprite if you feel like you need to carry more.

This thread is just for optimizations I find of what sprites to get and when to get them in any%. This is mostly to remind myself of them but obviously other people may read this and use it to help run the game.

If I recall correctly, there are people working on and off to route gold%.

Unlikely because (I'm like 99% sure) you have to do story missions to unlock strangers+freaks missions, and more story missions to unlock those if you know what I mean. It'd essentially be 100%, but without the hobbies and activities.
