Is there an existing Boss Rush Category, if so what are the rules and if not what would I have to do to make one?

I wanna make a Boss Rush Category, is there any current rules for one or do I gotta make new rules for them? I also wanna do all bosses (main game) except Excelsus since I wouldn't really count him as a boss (weird how Excelsus is a boss and bladewolf isnt) I'm not counting him due to it not being a 1 on 1 things I don't really have many other reasons
