It would be great for this speedrunning community if you will be able to make an IL board for the characters that you can put down times on as well. Cyberscore and TSC have this as well, so it makes it seems odd that the newer and more primarily used speedrunning website doesn't have them.

probably not. The main reason is just what you said. You have to hack to play as him. Plus all of the mods here don't check the forums enough. Also, Honey doesn't have a category, so why should a character that you have to hack to play as have 1 as well.
