For any% you need gold on every events, for Festival % is enough to unlock the 8th rank

The license category was only an idea when I added all the catergories: basically you must complete every licenses after you unlock every races (normal and expert mode). If you use a code to unlock all races it's ok.

I mean for Any % race emulators have clearly advantages for loading times between the races.
