Is there any way to make a TAS on Project64? I'm not submitting to TAS Videos or anything, I just thought it would be fun and I would prefer to use Project64 if I can.
I wanted to request Yoshi's Island Returns Demo by Kaze Emanuar.
Categories: 0 Star, 23 Star, 100%, and some more that I'll think of later

Timing starts when you select a save file and ends when you enter the "demo over" room.
So, I've lately been doing practice runs on PJ64, and I was wondering if there's a specific Emulator I need to use.
on N64, when the game crashes. on VC/emulator, when mario gets launched into the pu.
Stupid Idea: Any% no Adrenaline Highway Skip.
A full glitchless run would be boring imo, so I like where we are with the 70 star category. :)
i forgot to mention some of them but you get the idea.
They are: Big Bob-Omb on the Summit or whatever its called, Race with Koopa the Slow, Blast Away the Wall (With Glitches.), Shoot Into the Wild Blue, CCM Slide Star, Lil Penguin Lost, BEEG Penguin Race, In the Talons of the Fat Bird, Shining Atop the Pyramid, Boil the Big Bully, Bully the Bullies, The Rolling Log Star, and MIPS. Oh yeah, I managed to get the sub-21 slide star and the wing cap red coins.
so far i have done 16 stars but it took me 4 a presses to be bitdw
Yeah, but pause buffering is so hard that it was thought to be TAS only for several years. Good thought tho
Not unless you have an emulator or GameShark, unfortunately.
On N64, the game crashes if the camera goes to parallel universes. On N64, the run is over when the game crashes.
If you LBLJ, beat BitDW, then BLJ in HMC, that would be a lot faster than what I originally recommended.
Maybe HMC, but I wasn't able to get that BLJ to work for some reason.
At first, I had SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO much trouble with that BLJ, but I learned that if you harness the power of your nose to spam buttons, you'll be able to get it more consistently.
You basically get enough stars to enter BBH, then you BLJ on the elevator. That's it, that's the route.
