There is a video that TomatoBird8 sent me, basically you can do it from the front of the chair or the left side of the chair, however you would need to pull off an LBLJ if you take the slightly longer but easier side chair clip, you will clip OoB for a moment but the LBLJ is really easy to do just find a good spot, angle the cam to the right a bit and do the LBLJ
Also you may need to lower the bitrate, that is crucial
It is alright to Run that version of Project 64, but you would need OBS studio and mario party 3 for the emulator, and the splits as well, thats it (i think)

I use the Triple Jump Dive, and yeah its slow but its the only way i can get a good time
