I am confused about the Eye of Eden section of a full game run especially the torture room. How does the timing work for that since (for as far as I have gotten) you have to lose all winged lights to get to the afterlife?

I recently reset my game in order to play Security Nexus, The Prism, Escape, and The Message, but realized that those levels do not display any time during or after the levels. Should those levels' times be determined from the first frame to the last frame of player motion or otherwise?
