What is everyone's settings? What will help give the best performance without killing the image quality?

Ok, here is what I am seeing. The current active runners are all saying yes. People who have never even ran this game should not have a say in whether this this gets passed or not. They do not run the game, why should they say how it should be played? Who cares about all the technicalities of cheating? If someone really wanted to cheat they would fucking do so! Another point no one has mentioned is if this tool gets out and it's supposed to be it's own category there would be no way to tell the difference from an any% run. Everyone would just have to abide by an honor system, which does not work. This should not be allowed for just mods to vote on. It should be up to active runners. Mods can easily just gate keep their time. For everyone saying magnum is not a run killer. You do not know what you are talking about. It is a different route, different menuing, different muscle memory. Lastly, if Komakino says its wrong then you know it's right. Kappa
