I don't know why I just decided to search for this hall-of-fame after 20 years. My friends and I had a few of these records. We had Micro Machine nights. There are few I can vouch for if that means anything.

I'm pretty sure the game didn't let you use any car upgrades, or alternate vehicles for the records. Their are a few clearly bogus entries. I assume some folks broke the code submission encryption or found a map glitch.

Can anyone get the beach page to load? That is where my personal best was. Man, I spent hours trying to get that one. Thank you for the wayback link Quar!
