I was wondering is the fan made Fire Red Rom Hack, Pokemon Ash Grey is allowed to be entered as a speedrun.

Before I start breaking the game down, I wanted to check this as I do not want to spend months on routing something for it not to be allowed.

As this is a Rom Hack, this is an emulated game, so again need to know if this is allowed.
