NOPE. I did it. I got the Blade Verbena on No Powers! I have a video of it on PS4! Will upload tonight! If you don't believe me I can PM you my PSN with the trophy list and you can see. Got the souvenirs trophy moments before getting the no powers trophy.
The black bonecharm on the top of Addemire can't be obtained without powers. Since it's on top of the roof. I tried to get on the roof via the window but to no success. If I make any progress I will update you guys.
However I did find a way to get the Blade Verbena without powers. Basically you need to carry a few bodies onto the small roof leading up to the window. Just climb the pipe and try your best to jump on it. Then stack the bodies on the end of the pipe (the one across the side of the roof) because the pipe goes a little higher near that end. Stand on top of the bodies and jump to the wood part near the window. It doesn't matter whether the bodies are alive or not. Jumping on the NPC probably won't kill them but I haven't really tested that out.
I'll try to get the video out again, but last time it didn't work too well cause I messed up the rendering. So I just wanted to state that I found a way to get that souvenir (Blade Verbena) with no powers, and that the black bonecharm on top of addemire cannot be obtained without powers. At least not yet.

No NG+ cause it's not interesting enough, and no glitchless until people start glitching left and right. That's fair. Also yesterday I was practicing and I want to know if the Dunwall skip is considered a glitch. Do you consider it a glitch?

Why not? What if everyone starts glitching the game left and right? And people want to do glitchless runs without being associated with the other runs?
Should we start a separate thread for what counts as a glitch or not?
I guess we don't need a glitchless runs. If one day people start performing glitches left and right, then maybe. But you guys are right, we don't need a category for everything. I'll still go bare naked glitchless though.
Have the record? No. Bro, my run is shit, I won't have any record any time soon. You would kick ass my ass easily, but that's not the point. Nor is it the time to act immature.
Look, y'know what? A glitchless for Corvo would be pretty much useless. And a NG+ category seems eh. So you can drop both those categories, at the very least for now. But bhopping can be debated as a glitch or not. Which is why a glitchless for Emily should be at least considered.
Oh and is the Dunwall skip a glitch?
Also Corvo escaltor in Chapter 2 makes you lose like a minute and a half.

Corvo does a glitch at the beginning at Chapter 2 by climbing up the cliff, in many of the runs. Seems like a glitch to me. Also NewGamePlus adds combined powers. Which can be very useful for speedruns.
With NG+ It allows for much more gameplay possibilities. Such as grabbing combined abilities and such. Last of Us and Doom have NG+ options, right? Why not Dishonored 2?
A glitchless option would be pretty cool too. The original game had one, and this game should have one too. Dishonored speedruns are based on speed. And a great way to test speed is to use raw gameplay without glitches. I've been running it glitchless recently and I got 1 hour 30 with loads (got rejected because of NG+). Which was better than my old glitchless run. So it's definitley possible.
It keeps bringing Livesplit up when I'm using Dishonored. It's really pissing me off. Dishonored is in windowed and Livesplit is beside it.
It just keeps popping up whenever I click sometimes. It is really stopping my run! Help?!
Just upload the video (to YouTube, Vimeo, Vid.me etc). As long as there's video proof, it's fine.
