hi is there autotimers on some games cuz i see alot of people being really precise when doing game without loads so im wondering is there autotimer or are they very good?

im new to the 2p speedrunning and im wondering when u subimit a run does the other player have to show proof of the run or is it just cool if i only show my video cuz my friend cant record games he doesen't have a good pc
