im wondering if usage of the demo of this game is allowed, there's really no difference between them

I wasn't aware there was a demo for this game. Could you submit some gameplay footage, so I can take a look at any differences?

I use the demo. The only category you can run is No Added Rules Standard but if that's up your alley absolutely go nuts
