ゲーム自体のfpsを30fpsから増やせば増やすほどイベントスキップなどが早くなるということについてです。 この理由としてロード時間がとても短くなり、タイムに直接影響します。 その比べ方が判明し、ツールを使わない人との公平化のためカテゴリーを分けました。 それに伴い、Game Ruleの変更もしました。
