Employed more optimizations, found some new strats as well; this is probably one of the more "Trick" heavy levels in the game.
1st set of guards can be 1 shotted by getting 3 shots from the belgique to miss their target and hit the barrel like I do at the start of the run.
Getting the Quick Heli 1 Triple Rocket is quite difficult and has a pretty strict window. Took quite a lot of practice to make this strat viable for both RTA and IL as doing this is faster than waiting for the Heli.
Quick Heli 2 is now faster and 100% consistent when using Heli 1 Triple Rocket strats. Also we now grab rockets before the last rocket hits the helicopter on phase 2 so we can skip getting the Flare Gun.
Before wrench I set up a satchel to clear out the staircase (although I misplaced it and ended getting stuck on a guard losing around 0.7 seconds.
Funny enough it's totally possible to just flat out skip the Flare Gun, getting the wrench seems to still be needed to have the Heli line up. I have never tested this but perhaps just sniping the Pipe when the heli is above is enough?
REALLY HIGH 1:35 MAY be possible with superb movement.
