Have a clean install of Tomb Raider (1996). When you install the patch you need to select the "Original" option. The music comes with the download and is allowed.

These are the only values you can change in:

Patches / dosbox.ini or tombati.ini

• Water appearance (watercolor_override = true or false)
• Resolution (4:3 or widescreen)

Main Folder / glrage.ini

• Fullscreen/Windowed mode (fullscreen_mode = 0, 1 or 2)
