So i was wondering, why do the rules state that usb loadera are banned? I read somewhere that they mess with the loading times, but in what way? Also if neogamma is allowed, (im assuming this means disk loading only) then why isnt, say gecoos allowed with cheats off?

Gecko with Disc and no cheats doesnt affect the game so I'd assume so, its definitely allowed for most Wii games and isnt strictly banned in the rules

The reason why NeoGamma is allowed to run the disc is because it boots in GameCube mode. Other apps like Nintendont boot in Wii mode, giving you an edge with faster loads. I'm not sure if Gecko boots in GameCube mode or not.
