This is my NEW theoretical best time for San Mateo as in this run I used my profile which has everything unlocked to my advantage. While the time with loads is slower then my previous run I did. The actual gameplay is quicker. When I go do any% run, I won't have this stuff and will be a lot slower. Besides being generally faster, I don't see San Mateo being beaten under 8:30 unless another method is used
