How does someone become a mod for a game? Is there some type of test or you have to like been speedrunning it for a while or what exactly?

General rule of thumb is to be an active and valued member of the community, while also being trustworthy enough to be appointed a mod. Whether or not you become a mod is up to the current mod team.

Also, having the word poopy in your username makes you look very “unprofessional” or “immature.”
