i dont know if someone already asked this (if so, my apologizes in advance): LittleItaly% starts just after The Enforcer mission, since it's a store you take over, or can I start it after finishing the main missions(w/ all the upgrades and stuff)?

The rules for city segments categories are currently iffy and are very tough to understand, so we will make an update to it soon enough. And please consider joining our discord if you haven't yet, since SRcom forum post notifications are broken.
