Saving / reloading after Roth's execution (or quitting and loading the autosave) and going RIGHT -> instead of left will lead to an finale without a car chase. Also the sound of a silenced pistol bullet opens the security check quicker than a negotiation. Make sure you're alone (no crew) or else everyone will fire at you.
