So with the recent change from RTA timing to loadless timing, the proper timing method must be specified, which is why I'm creating this post: to clarify what is defined as loads precisely.

For chapter loads (or area restart loads, if you happen to do that on a run), it's trivial: every frame with the characteristical loading screen should be removed from the run time.

Now if you happen to have a lower end PC like I do, you might encounter a semi-transparent light blue loading screen inbetween sectors. When that loading screen pops up, the game doesn't stop, it just stops reading your inputs. Which means that if you jump right before hitting the loading trigger, you keep your momentum and your trajectory during the load.
So in that case, only the time spent not moving in that loading screen should be removed from the run time.

I'm currently developing a load remover and autosplitter for Livesplit for this game. Currently it doesn't remove loads accurately, but it should at least give a general idea of the time without loads. It's current version can be found in the Resources section.

I just start to run The Turing Test, but I have a request.
Can I use your script (loadless timer), but I pause the time when i'm in loading screen.
(I resume the timer when i'm pressing forward after loading).
Because I can't record my LiveSplit and game at same time

You dont need to record LiveSplit at all. The runs are manually retimed from the video later. So you can do whatever you want with your timer

Hello, I'm starting to try to speedrun the game, I set up the autosplitter from the livesplit but it's still running during loads, so I tried to set up ur load remover but at every loadings, it counts 2 splits, so for exemple, at the end of the Prologue, the split for the Chapter 2 will begin. Am I stupid or something..?

Oh and I also have this thing where sometimes my mouse goes on LiveSplit so when I click it pauses the game, is there a way to make that not happen ?

Yeah well I found how to do with the autospliter, and I got a second screen so mouse going on Live Split isn't a problem anymore
