The most time I lost in this run at the end because of the wrong build order. All in all the "Lategame" here is the hardest part. Things that one should do to get a better time:

• go for the tower close to the mountains as there is the waepon production of the enemy (as did in this attempt)
• build 2 iron mines AND 1 coal mine (had a unrecorded run where I had not enough coal at the end)
• build a medium recidence and 2-3 fishers once you have cleared more towers (reason: the settlers will pick up the stone and wood directly from the newly conquered land). perfect way would be to start showeling just shoutly after the land is conquered
• after all this is done start build small temples (don't spam them to much as you need free settlers to deliver the iron bars to the storage area) You see, late game is quite the challenge here to optimise ^^.
