I'm not sure how great we'll be at helping you make new friends, but it's good to note that therapy always exists as an option. If you need a place to open up, that's an excellent option.

I'm sorry to hear what you're going through, it must be hell. Talking about it helps and there is no shame in seeking professional help when you're in a really dark place, they will be the best people to help you tackle this.
