Id like to see New Game+ categories expanded with a New Game+ Duo, as well as multiplayer categories for New Game+.

I think this would let new potential speed runners get into the game given them a easier category because they can use blueprints to get started

New Game+ only has gotten a single entry in this version, so I expect it's not needed to expand on these categories that much. However people can run whatever custom category they like and are not restricted to the official ones here on the platform. Usually we wait for new categories to have 2 valid runs before adding it to the leaderboard.

The 0.18 rule change Discussion has judged to decline a "New Game+ Duo" category for now, but add a New Game+ Massive Multiplayer, that has no player limit at all due to your request.
