Sounds like my kind of leaderboard. But how exactly would that work? Where would be the line between a shortcut and a mechanic of the game?

Updated Rules
Due to overwhelming support for a rule update concerning the definition of skips, the rules and official wiki have been changed. The only major change is that start skip has been renamed to start maneuver and is now allowed in level 1 skipless% speedruns.
