Wolf is going to change it later since he is mid stream and put the wrong settings at first but Read is none, Seek is 10x

@SourShock_ I just tested this myself and it is just seek speedup x10 that saves you around 4-5 minutes total in contrast to defaults x2 read speedup dont apply for this game it seems just MGS it makes this game crash.
With all these categories it makes it hard for someone like me to find the actual best executed run of PE2. Could epsxe and 10x seek speed be merged or are they just not comparable?
10x speedup is slightly faster. I can only speek for nightmare hundo and NG any%. For hundo 10x speedup is about 15 mins faster, and for any% about 2.5 to 3 minutes faster than ePSXe.
