Answer is probably still no, sounds a bit too restrictive for speedrunning.
The truth is, I think we will not add any categories anymore, there are arguably already too much. Very few play the default loadout/ any start category or default loadout/ start (new game) categories for instance. Most of the full game category extensions are also untouched. And for any given category, the saso and especially saso master subcategories are a little barren. ET and especially Escalation leaderboards could also use some more love (https://www.speedrun.com/hitman_3_et), (https://www.speedrun.com/hitman_3_escalations).

I see what you’re saying. I still think it wouldn’t be a bad addition. It is restrictive. However, I’ve been running it and made it all the way through Miami with no guns 👀
