Edit timing rules to be more accurate
The times should reflect the gameplay. So, times would start upon the game starting and ending upon beating the final boss. Super D has a timed mode on it, where the timer reflects this. Super D speedruns should follow the standard set by the game. There have also been countless speedruns by me and others before speedrun.com where the timing was so.
